Location:

•Markets are held at the Gazebo & Courtyard in Myrt Tharpe Square, which is located at 12 Stone St., between Stone St. & Brevard Ave. in Historic Downtown Cocoa Village.

Reserving Your Date(s):

Select your date(s) carefully on the calendar page. These are rain or shine events and no refunds are offered.

Space Types You Can Choose From:

•Tent Space:

A 10'x10' space for you to bring your own tent, which must be secured with weights.

•Table Space:

A 6' wide space for your 6' maximum table under the cover of the gazebo. You bring your own table.

•No electricity is provided.

•Rain or shine event.

•Handmade art or crafts & Florida Cottage Food Law vendors welcome.

•Our event insurance does not cover your property. If you would like such coverage, you must purchase your own event insurance policy.

If you booked a Saturday event:

You may start setting up as early as 8:30 AM after checking in at the Green Circle table located under the gazebo. Please have your setup complete by 11AM. The market will be open from 11AM until 5PM. Breakdown begins at 5PM.

If you booked a Sunday event:

You may start setting up as early as 8:30 AM after checking in at the Green Circle table located under the gazebo. Please have your setup complete by 11AM. The market will be open from 11AM until 5PM. Breakdown begins at 5PM.

If you booked a Friday event:

You may start setting up as early as noon after checking in at the Green Circle table located under the gazebo. Please have your setup complete by 2PM. The market will be open from 2PM until 8PM. Breakdown begins at 8PM. Friday markets coincide with the Cocoa Village First Friday Art Walks, which end at 8PM.

Parking:

All-day free parking in the lot just west of the gazebo off Stone St.
